Southern Boone High School

Southern Boone High School students participated in a pep assembly to celebrate the conclusion of the fall sports season and kick off the basketball and wrestling seasons. Additionally, Eagle Elite students were recognized, along with the winners of the "Taco No Tardies" drawing.

Students in Mr. Meyers' Project Lead the Way Intro to Engineering class recently attended a presentation from Missouri S&T. The presentation provided valuable insights into potential career paths in engineering and the various opportunities available to students at Missouri S&T.

Sweet news! The Fresh Lemonade Company will be here on Friday, November 22nd during all lunch shifts! Lemonade is just $6, make sure you satisfy your sweet tooth and support the high school band!

Freshmen students in English I participated in the To Kill a Mockingbird breakout game put on by the library. They reviewed character, plot, and literary terms plus cracked a code for a famous quote!

Students at the high school traveled to Ranken Technical College with the counselors today to see what opportunities were available for classes. Students participated in hands on activities to see what skills they might be interested in learning.

The high school library will once again have its $1 used book sale during parent teacher conferences on Thursday and Friday this weeks. All books are just $1. Cash only, please!

🚧 CONSTRUCTION ALERT🚧: The entrance/exit to the high school commons parking lot will be closed on Wednesday, October 23rd, from 8:15 AM to 1:30 PM as construction crews install a new water main in that area.
